The portable video borescope systems work on a wide range of applications where a small portable inspection device is required for capturing images and video. The narrow range between 3.6 to 8 millimeters diameter works for almost all narrow inspection purposes, and the ability to interchange different probe lengths (up to 100 meters) opens up the possibility of inspecting multiple areas with a single unit. It features a 1/18 inch complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensor chip with bright white LEDs, which illuminate the inspection area located directly before the tip and produce a high quality image compared to a fiber-optic scope.
